Emma Kerridge-Conium

Emma Kerridge-Conium would describe herself as a multi-passionate creative. Dreaming up new ideas in various mediums has become soul-nourishing and a huge part of her identity. Having specialised in creating in colour pencils for over 20 years, in more recent years Emma has moved into combining colour pencils with other mediums, from a realistic style to more expressive. For Emma, it is more about the process than the final outcome.

Emma is a geometer and enjoys playing with colour and pattern. She has a special interest in universal patterns and patterns in nature – the patterns that come up again and again the universe over.

You could say colour pencils have become Emma’s life, as she owns and runs The Colour Pencil Shop Ltd, an online art shop for all things pencil and other related art supplies.
